Camping By The Season

A Seasonal Rental includes water, metered electric, sewer and cable TV hook-ups for your family unit.
Visiting married children and their families may use your site, when vacated, for $50 per family for a period of up to 14 days. For periods of more than 14 days, there will be a charge of $300 per family, per season.
Free winter storage if you return the next season. Call for availability and size limitations.
Rate Information
Daily Rates posted are for two (2) people, one (1) camping unit, and one (1) vehicle per site. Maximum of six (6) people per site. Additional People are children over the age of 5 years and adults traveling with your party. Site sharing is not permitted.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In is 1:00PM. Check-Out is 11:00AM.
Visitors are children over the age of 5 years and adults arriving in their own vehicle and staying on your campsite for the day. Check out time is 9 PM.
Dogs: We love dogs but we must limit them to two per site. Your visitors may not bring dogs.
Discounts: Special off season and group rates. Groups are camping clubs who reserve 8 or more sites. Any Requests for Discounts must be made at time of reservation or check-in.
Deposits for holidays and reservations of less than 4 days during peak season require the full amount due. Summer stays of 4 or more days require a $300 deposit. Off season stays of 4 or more days require a $200 deposit.
Refunds: Peak season refunds require one month’s notice. Off season refunds require 2 weeks’ notice.
No Refunds: Holiday reservations, early departures, dampened spirits or soggy pillows. “No shows” forfeit full deposit. All refunds will be charged a $25 service fee. A $25 per reservation change fee will apply for any change to a reservation.
